- Kulit Pastry siap pakai.
- 3 buah Apel malang.
- 5 sdm Gula pasir.
- 2 sdm Gula merah.
- 1 sdt Bubuk kayu manis.
- 150 ml Air.
- 1 sdm Air jeruk nipis.
- Maizena 1 sdm larutkan dengan air.
- 2 sdm Mentega.
- Kuning telur utk olesan.
Langkah Memasak Apple Pie Pastry
- Kupas apel dan potong kotak2. Masukan mentega kedalam wajan, kemudian potongan apel, gula pasir, gula merah dan bubuk kayu manis. Tuangkan air aduk2 sampe apel agak layu kemudian tambahkan air jeruk nipis. Kemudian tambahkan maizena yg sudah dilarutkan. Aduk2 hingga rata.
- Ambil kulit pastry, isi dengan 1 sendok adonan isi, kemudian lipat. Tekan2 dengan garpu pinggirannya supaya rapat. Olesi dengan kuning telur.
- Panggang dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan 170°c selama 20-30 menit. Atau sampe mengembang. (tergantung oven masing2)..
