Bahan Membuat Chicken pop barbeque sauce
- 250 gr dada ayam (tanpa tulang).
- 1/2 bungkus royco bumbu komplit ayam goreng.
- secukupnya air.
- 1 bungkus tepung bumbu ayam kentucky.
- secukupnya air es.
- minyak goreng.
- 3 sdm saus barbeque (aku pake del monte).
- 2 sdm saus tomat (bisa di ganti saus sambal).
- 1 sdm madu.
- secukupnya mentega.
Langkah Memasak Chicken pop barbeque sauce
- Cuci bersih dada ayam dengan air kemudian potong kecil kecil sesuai selera.
- Ungkep ayam yg sudah dipotong potong tadi dengan air dan royco bumbu komplit.
- Setelah air ungkepan ayam surut matikan api dan siapkan bahan untuk lapisan tepung..
- Setengah bungkus untuk tepung basah dan setengahnya lagi untuk lapisan tepung kering.
- Lumuri ayam ke tepung kering kemudian ke tepung basah lalu ulangi ke tepung kering lagi sambil di remas remas.
- Siapkan minyak goreng, jika sudah panas masukan ayam yg sudah di lumuri dengan tepung tadi. (Usahakan agar ayam terendam minyak goreng agar tepung lebih kering).
- Jika sudah berubah warna coklat keemasan angkat dan tiriskan..
- Sisihkan sisa minyak goreng tadi. Kemudian masukkan mentega, saus barbeque, saus tomat dan madu..
- Aduk-aduk sebentar hingga saus tercampur. Jika sudah matikan api.
- Masukan ayam yg sudah di goreng tadi dan aduk rata..
- Kemudian sajikan..
