- 3 btr daging kelapa muda, kerok.
- 30 gr kenari (sy gk pakai).
- 30 gr kismis (sy gk pakai).
- Bahan topping :.
- Saya pakai cream cheese dan coklat bubuk.
Langkah Memasak Klappertaart
- Campur semua bahan 1,aduk rata dan saring. Masak adonan dgn api sedang sampai kental. Tambahkan daging kelapa, kenari dan kismis aduk rata.
- Tuang adonan klappertaart dalam cetakan klappertaart.. kukus kurleb 10 menit. Setelah dingin hias dgn cream cheese dan coklat bubuk. Selamat mencoba ya bun 😊😊.
