- 1 cm jahe (parut).
- 1/2 bh bawang bombay.
- 250 gr brokoli (rebus sebentar).
- 1/2 bh paprika merah ukuran besar.
- 2 batang daun bawang (ambil yg hijaunya saja potong2 3cm).
- 1/2 sdt biji wijen (sangrai).
Langkah Memasak Mongolian beef stir fry
- Campur smua bahan marinasi ke daging, lalu campur ke maizena, remas2 agar meresap, diamkan min 10 menit.
- Panaskan sedikit minyak di wajan, masukkan daging lalu oseng2 sampai berubah warna, angkat daging, taruh di wadah.
- Dengan wajan yg sama tumis bawang putih, jahe, bawang bombay dan paprika sampai harum, masukkan bahan saus dan daging, oseng2 campai tercampur rata.
- Terakhir masukkan brokoli dan daun bawang, oseng sebentar, sajikan di wadah, taburkan biji wijen.
