Bahan Membuat Apple Pie With CreamCheese Filling π§ππ
- 2 lembar Puff Pastry siap pakai.
- 120 gram creamcheese (suhu ruang).
- 50 gr Gula Halus.
- 1 sdt Vanilla Essence.
- Bahan Apple :π.
- 1 buah Apple Fuji (besar) potong kecil Dadu.
- 1 sdm Gula Pasir.
- 2 sdm Brown Sugar(sy ganti Gula pasir krn stok Brown Sugar abis).
- 1 sdm Butter.
- 1 sdm Maizena.
- 1/2 sdt Bubuk Kayu Manis.
- Bahan Olesin:πΏ.
- 1 Butir Kuning Telur.
- 1 sdm Gula Pasir.
Langkah Memasak Apple Pie With CreamCheese Filling π§ππ
- Masukkan bahan πapple aduk rata.. Lalu di masak dgn low heat... Hingga mentega meleleh.. (Ckp mentega lumer tak perlu lama) angkat sisihkan (^-^).
- Dlm wadah.. Aduk rata creamcheese + Gula Halus + Vanilla Essence (^-^) sisihkan.
- 1 lembar Pastry puff saya bagi 6.. Lalu olesin creemcheese.. Tambahin filling apple.. Bentuk sesuai selera (^-^) lalu ambil putih telur merekat pinggir kulit puff.. Lalu tekan2 dgn memakai Garpu.. Hingga tertutup semua πΏ (^-^).
- Kl bentuk amplop sayat 2 garis di atas Pie.. Lalu olesin Kuning trus.. Taburan gula pasir di atasnya.. (^-^) panggang lebih Kurang 30-35 menit.. Tergantung oven masing2 yo ladies (^-^).
- Tadaaaaaa Apple ku da Mateng nich xixixixi π.
