Bahan Membuat Carrot Cake
- 150 gram mentega.
- 50 gram gula pasir.
- 75 gram palm sugar.
- 3 butir telur.
- 175 gram tepung kunci biru.
- 1 sdm baking powder.
- 1 sdt soda kue.
- 1 sdt bumbu spekuk.
- 200 gram wortel import.
- 150 gram kismis.
- Cream cheese.
- 30 gram keju cheddar parut.
- 50 ml susu cair.
- 1 sdm maizena.
- 100 gram whipped cream bubuk.
- 100 ml air es.
- 20 gram gula halus.
Langkah Memasak Carrot Cake
- Parut wortel, sisihkan.
- Panaskan oven 180derajat selama 10 menit. Kocok semua bahan sampai lembut, ngembang, ringan kecuali wortel dan kismis. Lalu masukkan wortel parut dan kismis, aduk rata.
- Tuang ke dalam cetakan yg telah diberi baking paper.
- Panggang 25 menit suhu 200, atau sampai matang.
- Cream cheese : tim keju, susu, dan maizena. Sisihkan. Kocok whipped cream, air es, gula sampai kaku. Masukkan campuran tim keju tadi, kocok rata.
- Setelah carrot cake dingin, olesi dengan cream cheese lalu beri hiasan. Di sini saya pakai wortel parut yg dikukus.
- Siap dinikmati 🤤.
