Bahan Membuat Carrot cake
- 150 gr mentega.
- 50 gr gula pasir.
- 75 gr gula palem.
- 3 butir telur.
- 175 gr terigu.
- 1 sdm baking powder me 1 sdt.
- 1 sdt soda kue, me 1/2 sdt.
- 1 sdt bumbu spekuk.
- 200 gr wortel serut halus, dgn parutan keju.
- 150 gr kismis.
Langkah Memasak Carrot cake
- Oles loyang uk.20 dgn margarin, tabur terigu, sisihkan.
- Ayak jadi satu, terigu, baking powder, soda kue, bumbu spekuk, sisihkan.
- Mixer mentega sampai pucat, masukkan gula, mixer sampai tercampur, masukkan telur satu persatu, mixer sampe kental.
- Masukkan terigu dan bahan lain td yg sudah di ayak, mixer dgn speed rendah sampai tercampur..
- Masukkan wortel bergantian dgn kismis, aduk rata.
- Tuang pada loyang, hentakkan loyang 2 x.
- Oven dgn suhu 170 darcel, oven sebelumnya di panaskan dl ya. oven sampe matang..
- Enak legit ini kue ya... perpaduan gula palem, bumbu spekuk, kismis.. dan wortelnya gak terasa langu atau gmn...
