Instead of the cake mix kind. I looked everywhere online and found that different sights had this same recipe. This homemade Marble Cake is so moist and and buttery.
Bahan Membuat Marble Cake
- 8 kuning telur.
- 7 putih telur.
- 250 gr gula halus.
- 170 gr terigu segitiga biru.
- 330 gr butter (me :200gr palmia royal butter+130gr blue band).
- 1 sdt vanilla.
- 2 sdm coklat bubuk yg dilarutkan dgn sdkit air membentuk pasta.
- 30 gr susu bubuk.
Langkah Memasak Marble Cake
- Kocok butter dan gula halus sampai mengembang dan pucat.
- Masukkan kuning telur satu per satu sambil dimixer. Beri jarak 1mnt antar telur utk beremulsi.lalu masukkan vanilli.
- Masukkan campuran terigu dan susu bubuk ke dalam adonan butter tadi. lalu aduk sampai rata.
- Mixer putih telur sampai soft peak. Lalu masukkan bertahap ke dalam adonan butter. aduk sampai rata dengan spatula.
- Sisihkan 1/3 bagian adonan utk dicampur dgn pasta coklat tadi. aduk rata.
- Masukkan ke dlm loyang uk 24 yg srbelumnya sudah diolesi dgn mentega dan tepung. Tuang secara selang seling. lalu buat motif marmer di permukaan menggunakan sumpit.
- Masukkan kedalam oven yg sebelumnya sdh dipanasi dengan suhu 170°c sekitar 45mnt tergantung oven masing masing. lalu tes tusuk utk memastikan nya.
- Angkat dari loyang dan dinginkan..
