My good friend Shereen shared this great recipe with me. Even Carlos who is not a big fan of fluffy cakes likes it a lot. We love the taste and texture of this cake and since it uses ovelette/emulsifier it gives the cake a very fine soft texture.
Bahan Membuat Marble Cake Pandan 4 telur by Aniq
- 150 gr terigu segitiga.
- 200 gr icing sugar.
- 160 gr margarine.
- 80 gr butter.
- 4 egg yolk.
- 4 white egg.
- 1/2 tsp soda kue.
- 1/2 tsp BP.
- vanili bubuk.
Langkah Memasak Marble Cake Pandan 4 telur by Aniq
- Timbang semua bahan kering (tepung, Bp, soda kue) ayak dan sisihkan.
- Kocok margarinel, butter, icing sugar sampai kaku, kurleb 10 menit.
- Kecilkan speed, masukkan egg yolk 1/1.
- Masukkan bahan kering perlahan dgn speed rendah.
- Di wadah terpisah, kocok putih telur sampai menjadi merengue, tes dengan balikkan baskom. Jika adonan tidak jatuh matikan mixer.
- Tuang merengue ke adonan tepung dan butter, aduk balik dengan spatula..
- Tuang ke dalam loyang 18cm, oven kurleb 30-40 menit sampai matang.
