Bahan Membuat Tom yum
- 10 bh bakso sapi.
 - 1 bungkus tofu, iris.
 - 100 gr jamur kuping, bersihkan, iris.
 - 100 gr jamur enoki, potong akarny, cuci, potong.
 - 1 bungkus bumbu tomyum merk LOBO.
 - Garam.
 - Gula pasir.
 - Lada.
 - Knorr (kalau suka).
 - 6 btr bawang merah geprek/ cincang kasar.
 - 4 btr bawang putih geprek.
 - 1 ruas lengkuas.
 - sesuai selera Cabai rawit.
 - 400 ml air.
 
Langkah Memasak Tom yum
- Rebus bakso serta duo bawang, lengkuas, dan rawit sampai mendidih.
 - Masukkan bumbu lobo, aduk dan diicipi dlu rasanya. Lobo ini asam rasanya, jadi saya tambahkan gula pasir, garam, lada dan knorr..
 - Tambahkan serai bila ada.
 - Setelah tercampur rata, masukkan tofu, jamur kuping dan enoki. Didihkan. Cek rasanya.
 - Sajikan.
