- 300 gr cumi cuci buang tinta dan potong ring.
- 1 butir telur.
- 1 bks tepung bumbu serbaguna.
- Tartar sauce:.
- 2 sdm bawang bombay cincang.
- 1 telur rebus cincang.
- 1 sdm pickle cincang (saya skip).
- 1 sdt cuka apel(saya air jeruk nipis).
- 1 bks mayo / 5 sdm.
- 1 sdm susu skm putih.
- 1/2 sdt basil (saya basil kering).
- secukupnya Garam dan lada.

- Siapkan cumi lalu balur dengan telur dan tepung, lalu goreng dengan minyak panas api kecil.
- Cara menggoreng : celupan cumi telur lalu balur tepung ➡️balur telur lagi ➡️lalu balur tepung lagi, goreng sampai setengah kecoklatan angkat, setelah selesai semua jangan matikan api, goreng sekali lagi cumi yg sudah digoreng (2xgoreng) agar crispy awet sebentar saja 8 detik lalu angkat kembali..
- Setelah matang sisikan,lalu buat saosnya. Siapkan bahan2.
- Campurkan semua bahan saos test rasa..
- Sajikan bersama calamari....
