Bahan Membuat Sate Babi(Pork Satay)🐷
- 500 gr daging kapsim,potong kotak.
- Tusuk sate secukupnya.
- Bumbu marinasi:.
- 10 siung bwg pth.
- 5 siung bwg merah.
- 4 bh kemiri sangrai.
- 4 lbr daun jeruk,buang tulang daunnya.
- 1 sdm kaldu jamur.
- 1 sdt garam.
- 1 sdm ketumbar sangrai.
- 50 gr gula palem.
- 3 sdm kecap asin.
- 5 sdm kecap manis.
- 1/2 sdt lada bubuk.
Langkah Memasak Sate Babi(Pork Satay)🐷
- Siapkan bahan marinasi,blender hingga halus.
- Siapkan daging kapsim yg sdh dipotong2 kotak,lumuri dgn marinasi.Biarkan semalaman dlm kulkas(atau minimal 4 jam).Lalu tusukkan ke dlm tusuk sate.
- Sisa saus marinasi tambahkan dgn 1 sdm kecap asin & 2 sdm kecap manis,aduk rata= sebagai saus olesan waktu sate dipanggang.
- Panaskan sedikit minyak (aku pake teflon),pake api kecil,panggang sate sambil dioles saus olesan sampai kedua sisi nya matang.
