Bahan Membuat Kuotie/Dumpling Pork🐖 (non halal)
- bahan isi:.
- secukupnya daging babi giling.
- secukupnya bawang putih cincang kasar.
- 1 batang daun bawang.
- secukupnya kulit pangsit.
- 1 butir putih telur.
- sesuai selera bawang Bombay saja.
- 1 sdm Soy sauce.
- 1 sdm minyak wijen.
- secukupnya saus tiram.
- sedikit garam,gula,bubuk pala, dan lada.
- bahan sauce :.
- 1 buah jeruk nipis.
- secukupnya garam.
- 1 sdm gula.
- 2 siung bawang putih.
- sesuai selera cabe merah keriting yang udah di giling halus.
- sedikit air panas.
Langkah Memasak Kuotie/Dumpling Pork🐖 (non halal)
- Campur semua isi bahan menjadi 1..
- Siapkan kulit pangsit kuotie buat isinya. Terus dilipat.
- Panaskan teflon atau happycall tambahkan minyak wijen dan tata kuotie..
- Panggang hingga setengah mutung. Bila kering tambahkan sedikit air. Jd deh siapkan bersama sausnya.
