- 225 Whipping cream.
- 1 sachet Susu bendera putih (bebas ya).
- 3 butir Putih telur.
- 60 ml Susu UHT.

Langkah Memasak Chocolate cake duo mousse
- Cake:.
- Campur jadi satu bhan kering aduk rata +kan telur,susu,minyak,vanilla extract dan air,lalu mixer hingga tercampur rata dan lembut..
- Panas kan oven dgn suhu 180 derajat celcius. olesi loyang bundar bongkar pasang dengan mentega dan alasi dengan kertas roti,lalu tuang adonan ke dalamnya,hentakkan pelan pelan,lalu oven selama 20-30 menit..
- Letakkan cake pada cooling rack,lepaskan kertas rotinya dan biarkan dingin..
- Potong bagian atas cake lalu kembalikan cake pada loyang bundar (bongkar pasang).sisihkan.

- Tabur gelatin pada air aduk rata,sisihkan..
- Mixer whipping cream dgn high speed hingga stiff peak. pada wadah yg lain mixer putih telur hingga stiff peak.sisihkan.
- Panas kan teplon tuang susu UHT,just before boiling matikan api +kan gelatin aduk hingga gelatin larut,+kan susu coklat aduk aduk hingga rata dan menyatu..
- Tuang ke dalam adonan whipping cream,mixer dgn speed rendah +kan putih telur secara bertahan,mix hingga rata,jgn over mix..
- Tuang ke atas cake,dan simpan di kulkas selama 2-3 jam..
- White mousse: sama dgn cara membuat chocolate mousse..
- Setelah 3 jam keluarkan dari kulkas lalu tuang atasnya dgn white mousse,masukan kulkas kembali selama 2-3 jam..
- Taburi dgn coklat bubuk di atasnya dan hias menurut selera. (saya pake strawberry dan daun mint ala nuansa natal).
