- Bumbu Yang di haluskan.
- 10 butir Bawang merah putih.
- 4 btr Kemiri ,.
- seruas jahe kecil,.
- seruas lengkuas kecil,.
- seruas kunyit kecil.
- 100 gram Cabe bisa di kurangi bagi yg tdk suka pedas.
- Additional :.
- Tepung goreng crispy.
- 4 tbs tepung terigu.
- 2 tbs tepung beras.
- 1 tbs maizena.
- secukupnya Air.
- 6 butir Bawang merah putih cincang.
- secukupnya Garam dan perasa.
Langkah Memasak Acar kuah vegan
- Haluskan bahan semua. Potong sayur memanjang kotak”. Kulit mentimun tdk perlu di buang. Cukup buang biji mentimun dengan di kerok atau di potong..
- Panaskan wajan. Tumis bahan halus Dan masukkan daun kering bahan sekaligus. Tambah air sedikit. Masak selama 6 menit. Masukkan sayur semua. Pastikan utk memilih sayur yg masak hampir bersamaan waktu nya utk mencegah terlalu matang. Saya suka yg garing. Masak lagi sekitar 10 menit, jika suka berkuah langsung di angkat, Jika suka yg kering masak lagi sampai kuah nya mengering.
- Bagi yg suka crunchy bites ini saya bagi resep mudah. Campur bahan tepung goreng semua. Masukkan air pelan”. Adonan sekitar seperti menggoreng pisang. Panaskan wajan Dan goreng tepung itu dengan menggunakan saringan goreng yg berlubang. Angkat jika sdh garing. Jika suka langsung di tabur di acar atau mau lebih halus tinggal di tumbuk lagi.
