- Tuang air, ratakan daging lalu tutup presto dan masak 10 menit, kemudian matikan api, bila uap sdh turun buka tutup pancinya.
- Bubuhi merica bubuk, test rasa bila ada yg kurang bisa tambah garam dan kaldu jamur, terakhir masukkan daun bawang, aduk rata sampai kuah mengental.
