Bahan Membuat Popcorn caramel
- 100 gram jagung popcorn.
- 3 sendok margarine.
- 3 sendok gula aren.
- 3 sendok gula putih bubuk.
- 2 sendok skm putih.
Langkah Memasak Popcorn caramel
- Cairkan 2 sendok margarine pakai api sedang.
- Masukkan jagung, lalu kecilkan api.. Goyangkan teflon biar margarine merata bersama jagung. Lalu tutup teflonnya.
- Kalo udah habis letupan popcornnya, matikan api dan angkat...
- Di teflon lain, lelehkan 1 sendok margarine, gula aren, gula bubuk, dan masukkan skm.. Tunggu hingga berbuih dan meleleh jadi satu, lalu tuang ke popcorn..
- Aduk cepat dan merata...
