Bahan Membuat Popcorn Caramel
- 200 gr jagung popcorn.
- 4 sdm margarin.
- 1/2 sachet susu kental manis.
- 2 sdm gula pasir.
- 2 sdm gula aren yg sdah dihaluskan.
- 3 tetes essence vanilla.
Langkah Memasak Popcorn Caramel
- Panaskan 2 sdm margarin, setelah cair matikan api, langsung masukan jagung, aduk sebentar, nyalakan api kecil, goyang2.
- Setelah terdengar letupan pertama, goyang2 lagi, secara berkala, sampai tidak terdengar lagi suata letupan, lalu sisihkan.
- Buat caramel: panaskan sisa margarin, masukan gula pasir, gula merah, susu kental manis, essence vanilla, aduk smpai smua larut dengan api kecil.
- Lalu masukan popcorn aduk secara cepat, lalu matikan api, lalu tetap duaduk smpai caramel merata.
