Bahan Membuat Popcorn caramel
- 150 g jagung popcron.
- 40 gram minyak.
- 200 gram gula pasir (sesuai selera).
- 50 gram margarine.
- 1/2 St garam.
Langkah Memasak Popcorn caramel
- Siapkan semua bahan yang akan digunakan.
- Masak popcorn dengan minyak di panci, tutup. Sekali-kali digoyang-goyangkan pancinya agar tidak hangus sisihkan.
- Di wadah anti lengket campurkan gula bersama dengan margarine dan juga garam panaskan sambil diaduk-aduk terus sampai gula mencair dan menjadi karamel.
- Masukkan popcron sambil diaduk terus agak cepat ya, biar merata, karena karamel cepat mengering matikan kompor, angkat biarkan agak dingin dan mengeras baru di santap.
