Bahan Membuat Tartar Sauce
- Acar Timun.
- 1 Buah Timun (Saya pakai Timun Jepang).
- 30 ml Cuka.
- 100 ml Air.
- 4-5 Sdt Gula.
- 1-2 Sdt Garam.
- Tartar Sauce.
- 10 Sdm Mayonaise.
- 1/4 Buah Bawang Bombai.
- 2 Potong Acar Timun.
- 1 Sdm Perasan Lemon.
- Sedikit Parutan Kulit Lemon.
Langkah Memasak Tartar Sauce
- Potong Timun, Buang Biji dan bagian dalamnya yg lembek. Lalu masukan timun yang sudah di potong ke cairan cuka yang sudah di bumbui gula dan garam. Masukan ke toples kedap udara, Diamkan dalam kulkas minimal 1 hari..
