Bahan Membuat Brownies Chocolate Mousse
- 1 bungkus premix brownies nutricake, bisa beli browniesnya.
- 100 gr dcc, merknya sesuai selera.
- 4 butir telur ayam.
- 1-3 sdm gula pasir.
- Secukupnya chococips untuk hiasan *optional.
Langkah Memasak Brownies Chocolate Mousse
- Bikin browniesnya dulu, sesuai petunjuk di belakang kemasan 😁.
- Pisahkan kuning telur dan putih telur.
- Lelehkan dcc dg metode bain-marie, kalo kita mah bilangnya ditim wkwk, lalu dinginkan suhu ruang.
- Kocok halus kuning telur dan gula pasir sampai tercampur rata.
- Mixer putih telur sampe putih kental berjejak, kalo wadahnya dibalik ga tumpah.
- Masukan campuran kuning telur+gula pasir ke dalam wadah coklat leleh, lalu aduk rata perlahan.
- Masukan sedikit demi sedikit putih telur ke dalam wadah coklat lalu aduk perlahan, lakukan sampe putih telur habis.
- Tata brownies di wadah sebagai base cake.
- Tuang adonan coklat mousse ke dalam wadah brownies, lalu tambahkan chococips.
- Tutup wadah kemudian masukan ke dalam kulkas selama beberapa jam atau semalaman.
- Nikmati brownies coklat mousse mu selagi dingin, hmmm🤤😍.
