- 75 gr DCC 65% kakao (aku pakai tulip kancing).
- 1 sdm cokelat bubuk.
- 50 ml santan (atau susu almond).
- 1 sdt vanilla extract halal jika ada.

- Panaskan santan di api kecil sambil diaduk,masukkan DCC, aduk rata sampai lumer. Masukkan cokelat bubuk, ratakan. Angkat, tuang vanilla extract, aduk. Masukkan ke blender bersama pisang, haluskan beberapa detik..
- Tuang mousse ke cup sesuai selera, tutup dan simpan di freezer minimal 1 jam. Hias sesuai selera. Sajikan, nyesss.
