- 1/4 sdt merica bubuk.
- 1/2 sdt minyak wijen.
- 1/2 sdt garam halus.
- Sedikit air (50 ml).

- Siapkan bahan².
- Panaskan minyak lalu tumis bawang²an hg harum lalu + ayam, aduk hg berubah warna, lalu beri saus teriyaki, aduk kembali.
