Gungjung tteokbokki (궁중떡볶이) is the traditional version of tteokbokki. Gungjung means "royal court" in Korean, and this version dates back to the Joseon. Gungjung Tteokbokki is flavored with soy-sauce (it's about savoriness, rather than spice and heat).

- Didalam mangkok campurkan semu bahan kecuali pelengkap hingga menjadi saus.sisihkan.
- Panaskan wajan, masukkan daging dan saus, aduk rata. Lalu tata kol, fishcake,daun bawang didalam wajan, lalu beri air dan masak hingga mendidih..
- Masukkan tteobokki, masak hingga mendidih lalu potong kecil2, masukkan mie ramen masak hingga matang, langsung jadi deh, siap disajikan dimakan panas-panas mantaaap..
