Membuat mie dokdok ternyata juga nggak susah-susah amat. Sekalinya tahu bahwa ia ternyata mie goreng yang direbus, saya langsung membuatnya sendiri. Oalah, ternyata emang cuma Indomie goreng dimasak pakai kuah banyak.
Bahan Membuat Mie Dokdok Indomie goreng
- 1 bks indomie goreng.
- 3 lembar caesim/pokcoy.
- 3 butir bakso kecil.
- 1 btr telur.
- Garam,gula,merica.
- Kecap.
- Saus cabe.
- Minyak utk menumis.
- Bumbu tumis (geprek+cincang).
- 2 siung bawang merah.
- 1 siung bawang putih.
- 1 bh cabe rawit.
Langkah Memasak Mie Dokdok Indomie goreng
- Rebus mie sebentar sekitar 2 menit, angkat tiriskan.
- Panaskan minyak,tumis bumbu tumis sampai harum, masukkan telur,orak arik sampai rata,masukkan bakso dan pokcoy, tambahkan air sekitar 200ml (selera mau versi kuah/nyemek).
- Masukkan bumbu2 indomie, garam,gula,merica,kecap,saus, koreksi rasa.
- Masukkan mie yg tadi direbus,tunggu hingga mienya matang sempurna, sajikan.
