Indonesian sweet dessert made from sago flour and banana as in the filling. Among the many traditional Indonesian kue basah with banana, nagasari is probably the most widely known and most popular across the archipelago. It has come to the point where if you somehow forget the name of the cake and just ask for kue pisang (i.e. banana cake), you are almost guaranteed to get this cake.
Bahan Membuat Nagasari #pr_jajanandaerah
- 100 gr tepung beras.
- 50 gr terigu.
- kurleb 300 ml santan kental.
- 20 gr gula pasir.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- secukupnya pisang.
Langkah Memasak Nagasari #pr_jajanandaerah
- Panaskan kukusan.
- Campur tepung beras dan terigu,gula garam siishkan.
- Rebua santan di kasih daun pandan, sampai mendidih.
- Dlm keadaan mendidih tuang pada adonan tepung tadi, aduk2 sampai tdk bergerindil.
- Biasanya di bungkus pke daun, tp td sy pake loyang loaf.
- Oles cetakan, alasi plastik yg aman buat di kukus,tuang sebagian adonan, beri pisang utuh lalu timpa lg dgn adonan sisanya.
- Boleh di toping pisang yg di iris tipis2, kukus kurleb 30 menit.
- Angkat, biarkan dingin, baru di potong2.
