- Potong kecil ubi yg sudah direbus/dikukus. (Saya rebus ubinya dg sedikit garam).
- Larutkan tepung dengan air. Lalu celupkan potongan ubi ke larutan tepung..
- Goreng hingga matang dg api kecil saja supaya ga cepet gosong. Lebih enak kalo agak kering jd crispy...
- Setelah matang tiriskan dulu di atas piring yg sudah dilapisi tissue. Untuk penyajian saya pakai skm putih, siram di atas ubi goreng secukupnya. Lalu taburi dg meses coklat dan chip warna warni. (kapan2 coba lah pake keju 😅).
- Segini ga kenyang sebenernya 😂 makanya ditambah sekotak yoghurt buat sarapan.. selamat menikmati.. 😋.
