Bahan Membuat Choco Mousse Pudding
- 500 ml Susu cair.
 - 150 gr DCC cincang.
 - 70 gr Gula.
 - 20 gr Maizena.
 - 15 gr Tepung beras.
 - 20 gr Coklat bubuk.
 - 1 sdm Creamer nabati / whipcream bubuk / cair jg bs.
 - 1/2 sdt Garam.
 
Langkah Memasak Choco Mousse Pudding
- Siapkan cetakn, sisihkan.
 - Dalam panci masukkan tepung beras, maizena, coklat bubuk, gula, creamer, aduk rata, tuang susu pelan² aduk hingga tidak ada yg menggumpal, masak dgn api sedang hingga dirasa sudah mengental dan meletup² angkat, masukkan DCC aduk rata.

 - Tuang ke cetakan, tunggu dingin simpan di kulkas.
