Bahan Membuat Beef teriyaki sauce
- 5 slice beef yg dipotong-potong.
- 2 sdm Saori teriyaki.
- 1 buah cabe merah.
- 1 buah cabe hijau.
- 1 siung bawang putih.
- Secukupnya bawang bombay.
- 1 sdt garam.
- 1/2 sdt merica.
- Sedikit air.
Langkah Memasak Beef teriyaki sauce
- Potong-potong slice beef lalu tambahkan 2 sdm Saori teriyaki dalam wadah, diamkan beberapa menit.
- Cincang bawang putih, iris bawang Bombay dan potong cabe merah dan hijau.
- Tumis bawang putih sampai harum.
- Masukkan beef teriyaki yg telah didiamkan tadi, lalu tumis.
- Masukkan sedikit air, tambahkan garam dan merica. Masak sampai mendidih lalu koreksi rasa.
- Tambahkan bawang Bombay, cabe merah dan hijau. Masak sampai air menyusut dan menyisakkan sedikit air.
- Beef teriyaki siap disantap dg nasi hangat, selamat makaaann.
