- 5 butir kuning telur.
- 60 gram gula palem.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 1 sdt bubuk spekuk.
- 1/2 sdt baking powder.
- 110 gram tepung terigu protein rendah.
- 2 sdm susu bubuk.
- 60 ml minyak sayur.
- 80 ml air.
- 5 butir putih telur.
- 70 gram gula pasir.
- 50 gram kenari, cincang kasar.
- 25 gram keju, parut.
Langkah Memasak Chiffon Cake Spekuk
- Siapkan wadah, masukkan kuning telur, gula palem, garam. Aduk dengan whisk hingga gula palem larut.
- Tambahkan tepung terigu, spekuk, baking powder, susu bubuk yang sudah diayak.
- Masukkan minyak sayur, air. Aduk hingga tercampur rata. Sisihkan.
- Kocok putih telur hingga berbusa lalu tambahkan gula pasir sedikit demi sedikit, kocok hingga soft peak. Masukkan putih telur ke dalam adonan tepung, aduk perlahan hingga tercampur rata..
- Tuang adonan ke loyang khusus chiffon tanpa diolesi margarin. Taburi kenari dan keju parut. Siap dioven dengan suhu 180 derajat, hingga matang.
- Setelah matang, dan keluarkan dari oven. Lalu balik loyang chiffon, hingga cake dingin..
- Setelah dingin cake siang dikeluarkan dari loyang dan disajikan..
