Bahan Membuat Saus shabu-shabu
- Daun ketumbar 30 gram cincang2.
- 1/2 botol Saus sambal (saya pakai indofood extra pedas).
- Jeruk nipis 1 diambil airnya.
- 2 sdm Minyak wijen.
- 1 sdm Kecap asin.
- 1/2 sdt Garam.
- 1/2 sdt Gula.
- Biji wijen yg telah di sangrai 3 sdm.
- Cabe rawit 4 potong2.
- Air matang.
Langkah Memasak Saus shabu-shabu
- Masukan semua bahan kedalam mangkok lalu aduk2 agar tercampur rata.
- Air matang nya tergantung selera jika ingin kental airnya sedikit saja jika ingin agak cair berarti agak byk.
