Langkah Memasak Almond Cheese Crispy
- Mixer butter,gula halus dan vanili bubuk sampai lembut dan tercampur rata.
- Lalu masukkan putir telur,mixer lagi hingga rata.
- Masukkan terigu dan baking powder sambil diayak,lalu mixer sebentar hingga rata. Ratakan lagi menggunakan spatula.
- Jika ingin rasa coklat bisa pisahkan adonan di tempat lain,dan beri coklat bubuk/pasta coklat secukupnya.
- Cetak di loyang yg telah dialasi silpat/ alas baking silicon. Bisa menggunakan baking paper kualitas bagus yg putih dn licin. Untk cetakan saya menggunakan sampul buku yg di lubangi.
- Taburi dengan keju parut dan almond slice secukupnya.
- Saya pakai kertas roti biasa,sudah diberi minyak ttep lengket butuh perjuangan untk ngelepasðŸ˜.
- Oven hingga matang kuning keemasan. Saya menggunakan suhu 125°C api atas 5 menit api bawah 5 menit di rak tengah. Di resep asli menggunakan suhu 150°C. Tapi oven saya cukup panas jadi pakai 125°. Sesuaikan dengan oven kalian masing".
- Note: ternyata oh ternyataa pakai loyang aja gausah dialasain apa",tinggal di oles margarin+ditaburi tepung sama sekali gak lengkettt 😂 nyesel sih awal" pkek kertas roti.
