Bahan Membuat White n choco mousse pudding
- 5 gram bubuk agar-agar plain.
- 80 gram gula pasir.
- 30 gram maizena.
- 750 ml susu cair uht.
- 85 gram dcc (coklat hitam batangan).
- 85 gram wcc (coklat putih batangan).
- 1/2 sdt pasta moka.
- 1/4 sdt vanili.

- Masak agar-agar, gula pasir, maizena dan masukkan susu cair sedikit2. Aduk rata spy tdk bergerindil. Bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian..
- Didihkan sebagian. Setelah mendidih dan meletup-letup, masukkan WCC.
- Sesudah coklat mencair, masukkan vanili, aduk rata, angkat. Tuang ke dalam cetakan.
- Diamkan 30 menit sampai agak set Didihkan lagi sebagian larutan agar2 tadi sampai meletup.
- Masukkan DCC, setelah coklat mencair, tambahkan vanili dan pasta moka. Aduk rata dan matikan api.
- Tuang ke atas puding putih, pelan2 sesendok2.
- Hilangkan uap panasnya dan masukkan ke dalam kulkas.
- Sajikan dingin.
It wasn't bad, I just don't like the instant pudding taste. BUT I modified it the second time and it came out BETTER! Chocolate mousse is all about ingredients and prep. Serve with additional sweetened or flavored whipped cream if desired. Many recipes ask for egg yolks, so the whites end up in meringues, but there are other delicious uses for them, from sorbets and mousses to cocktails.
